Appointment Cancellations

For cancellation or changes of appointment we require 12 hours of advance notice. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be billed in full.

On Treatment Rule

The Spa Amala Way is optimum care and rejuvenation. It is a must, therefore, that throughout the therapy, soft speaking or if possible minimal conversations are requested from the guests as others are also relaxing.

Health Considerations

Prior to treatment, please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs. Pregnant guest and those having high blood pressure will be required to avoid any heat treatment. Specific contraindications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs may affect skin care procedures and waxing services.
